I think Vlade is doing a hell of a job selling players and now coaches on joining the org. Great pickup for a coach. I think most people expected us to end with a Vinny Del Negro or a Mike Woodson. Joerger is a premiere coach. Excited about this.

Hats off to Vlade for getting this done, I think he's going to be a great fit as long as he's fully supported by the FO. We are making big strides towards being taken seriously again and it feels great. With the way it seemed planned to go after Joerger all along, I am convinced Vlade and Dan know exactly who they want to go after in free agency and the draft. It's a good feeling.

This, to me, was always the issue in Vivek's tenure. The hires were always out of order and there was no unity in the front office. Therefore, instead of one unified voice there were multiple ideas, multiple agendas, etc...

I think it was a good hire just don't really know about the fit. My first thought is how does Cousins get along with him
