Really. Making millions and can't afford a taxi?
I suspect that making millions makes all the fines, legal fees and the insurance hit of a DUI amount to little more than the nuisance level of a parking ticket for celebrities.

Positive spin= With a suspension, hopefully casspi gets to start and maybe he keeps that starting spot if he plays well. Also, remember that Donte Greene guy? You know, the 6'11 athletic small forward? Maybe with the absence of Noch we'll get to see him.

Stupid move by Noce for sure, but I dont know if this negates that he's a good player. He's a dumbass for sure to do this but he's a good teammate and a good player, and he definitely makes us better. I dunno:(

Lol, I feel kind of bad for Nocioni for having to go through the 'Sac Main Jail Booking' experience. Haha. Downtown jail is filled with arrogant scumbag cops who treat EVERYONE like crap. Pigs.

Hopefully Noc didnt get violated in any way hahaha

It will be interesting to see what level of "intoxication" Nocioni actually had registered once he was booked at 3:36 AM. The initial report states, ".08 or above." If it was right at .08 he might be able to get it reduced to a "wet reckless" or beat the DUI charge in court. What he said to arresting cop and at the booking are critical. Was he drinking before he went out that night? Was he drinking somewhere after 2 AM, etc? Like Muss who went right on coaching the Kings after getting busted just as the season was starting, I suspect Noc will go right on playing until his case is settled which could be many months away.
