sacramento Kings forward Andrés Nocioni has been arrested for suspicion of of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sacramento Police arrested Nocioni at 3:36am this morning. He's was booked into the Sacramento County main jail. His bail was set at $1,482.00.

It will be interesting to see what level of "intoxication" Nocioni actually had registered once he was booked at 3:36 AM. The initial report states, ".08 or above." If it was right at .08 he might be able to get it reduced to a "wet reckless" or beat the DUI charge in court. What he said to arresting cop and at the booking are critical. Was he drinking before he went out that night? Was he drinking somewhere after 2 AM, etc? Like Muss who went right on coaching the Kings after getting busted just as the season was starting, I suspect Noc will go right on playing until his case is settled which could be many months away.
