no talk about the 1st preaseason game?

I'm excited. I know that it is just a preseason game, but it is a GAME!!! I really want to see (hear in my case) what the team is going do. IT should be fun!

I like preseason only for the fact that you get to see the "new guys" quite a bit. You do see some glimpses of potential lineups, but some coaches tend to keep things close to their chest.
 
well i hope i can go to a sports bar to watch it. im excited to see how everyone looks. everyone's talking about how much bibby and martin have changed. and that ron looks better. one thing i can bet on is that brad miller is still slower than morning sunrise

give love to brad miller hes a top 3 or 4 center...everyone has there problems, nash defense, kidd steady shot, kobe doesnt pass enougg, brad's just not a beast on defense, he more than makes up for it with his offense... i think brads defense is about ten times better than ben wallaces offense

A top 3 or 4 center? By what yardstick, pray tell?

You don't need to go overboard the other direction to try and show Miller has value. And to be honest, Brad CAN "make up for it on offense" but he can also become the invisible man. Let's not get carried away.
 
Brad is a solid untraditional center that can shoot and pass very well for a big guy. As any player, he lacks some things, but you can't hate him personally for it, especially if you never met the guy.

I'll stay away from "light up."

But, if he somehow turns into our energy off the bench, I can't promise that I'll be able to avoid finding a use for "spark."
 
I am getting riled up for my Kings. I can't wait for Thursday. Preseaon or not it's a Kings game and I am going to be plopped down on the couch fixated. We are watching the Det/Heat game right now (Detroit is the other team we route for in this family) and just seeing Rip and Chauncey and McDyess out there is making me all happy and giddy, I can just imagine what Reef, Bibby, Martin and the rest of our mighty Kings will get out of me. But I look forward to euphoria!

Addition: Adding "if you know what I mean" to a phrase will most certainly do it.
