NFL 2022-2023 Season Thread

Lol….Bears are rebuilding, 70 % of the roster was turned over or something like that. They are not supposed to beat the miners but they both played in the rain under trying circumstances. Bears took it to them in the second half. Or I can say the same thing last night, Packers were lucky the Bears were sloppy with all the penalties and they caught a break…….which would be a dumb thing to say.
Ok? You don't have to be defensive that the Bears are terrible and likely the worst team in football. It's just the truth. Thus why I said everything I did. Bears have no business hanging with the 49ers. They caught them in perfect conditions and took momentum in a slopfest performance by the 49ers who let them hang around. Put them vs any good team in neutral conditions and they don't have the talent to hang around.

49ers showed what they can do to an equally bad team (Seahawks) as did the Packers last night to the Bears.

Sure Tua is a bad pocket passer right now but at least he’s also really bad at passing on the move

(As I typed this he threw another pick)
You need to stick to analyzing basketball my friend. You’re “really bad” — to use your words — at this football thing.

FWIW, despite coming off a career threatening hip injury during his rookie season, being hampered by the last coaching staff having no clue how to develop an NFL offense, the worst ranked offensive line both in terms of run and pass blocking, AND not having many play making threats to speak of — Tua Tagovailoa ranks among the very best QB’s dating back to 1994 with regard to Q4 production and efficiency.

And now he has a semi-competent offensive line, two of the most dynamic playmakers in the game, and an offensive-minded HC that believes in him.

I’d bet on his already 15-8 record as a starting QB to continue to climb…..

Yeah, the odds aren't bad, that's for sure!

Lol
For context, that post was riiight after Tua threw a terrible backfoot interception into double coverage that helped put his team down by three touchdowns.

Props to him on the second half but his first half was actually bad.

See what they're made of against the Bills - I doubt they beat em. Bills have lived up to their Superbowl contender expectation; I pitied them a long time, and unless against the 49ers or Chargers I will pull for them against an other teams. I am very pleased the Chiefs have lost a half-step without Hill. Their offense still looks good, but not as good as last year. Big game Bills vs Dolphins. I also stew watching Mosfert, and the 49ers letting him go.
