How about the one a couple years ago in Florida where a street racer caused a huge accident in which his mother died. He did not realize until his father showed at the scene!

Well Westlake Ohio's population is listed at 31,000 - 5,000 school age children = 26,000 52% of which are women = 13,520. We could narrow the filed some more by eliminating people between 18 and 21, and non drinkers (why would they steal her lisence) and we might come up with a number something like 1 in say 10,000?
