So, do the Kings pay Rudy today or does Toronto?

I suppose Rudy hopes it's the Kings pay since Canada has much, much higher federal income tax than USA. California does have high state income tax which would be around 13% on Gay's big salary. Still, would be less overall than if in Canada. And we know Rudy counts pennies since he's demanding refund for tix he purchased few days ago for Raptors-Lakers game in which he was pulled with the trade.

I suppose if Toronto accepts a prelim report as OK they could just waive physical (final report) and then Kings could have new players suit up tonight.

Greivis Vasquez has been cleared to join the Raptors. Gay, Gray and Acy will practice today in Sacramento and are available vs. Suns on Fri.
