does anyone else here use netflix?

Recently, I've been getting broken disks, wondering if anyone else had run into that problem.

sending them back isn't an issue, it's just a pain when I finally get a disk I've been waiting for and it's unplayable.

We've used Netflix for a few years, had only one bad disc.

out of the last 6 disks, two of them had to be sent back because they were broke. glad yours is working out well.

I've been using Netflix for a year and really haven't had much of a problem with getting broken disks. Once in a great while I'll get one with a scratch on it which freezes the screen, but then I just gently clean it and it's fine then. I have had much better luck with getting good-quality disks with Netflix than I ever did with Hollywood Video or Blockbuster. It came to the point where I would ask to examine the disk before I rented it because I was so tired of getting bad ones!

i went through a phase where i got a couple of broken discs, but it's been fine since then. sometimes it happens, just report it and they will send a new one right away.

good, it's nice to know we're not the only ones. So we should get good ones from now on, right?
