uhhhh, well you can use a site like file2hd.com to pull a video. I am not sure about if you can get an mp3, but from there just rip the mp4 audio only. you can probably use handbrake for that, I'd just throw it in whatever video editor I had handy and dump to mp3.

type in youtube to mp3 converter on google. click on any of the links. make sure to choose high quality it will make a difference. Also make sure that the quality of the audio in the video is good as that's how it will sound approximately. After it converts, it'll allow you to save the mp3 to your hard drive.
