Need help

I cannot access secure sites or email I tried everything. Any else had this problem. I went through every step that microsoft gave me(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=813444) but still nothing.

I don't know about email, but you could try downloading and installing Firefox (its a web browser) and see if you can access secure sites using that.
