That first quarter was just UGLY! I'm still depressed! I have to say I'm proud of them though the wasy they came back. A lot of people would have just given up and after being down by 28, to lose by only 3 is quite an accomplishment! If only they hadn't gone for the punt fake! Thanks DJ, you got us back in it. I'm dealing with it though considering this was supposed to be our rebuilding year and we won the SEC. We proved all the "experts" wrong.
Thanks chelle. I wish I could have been there also but tickets were too expensive for me. I hope your friend had fun, mine did despite the loss.

You know, my gut was wrenched after Cismesia missed that FG in 3rd OT. I knew the Penn St. kicker would not miss three game winners. But once I saw Bobby and JoePa doing the on-field interview, I had an overwhelming sense of pride. It was an instant classic with two of the classiest coaches, in a game where EVERYBODY thought Penn State was going to win running away. Next year promises to be an exciting year for Nole fans with one year of experience including two huge games for Weatherford (ACC Championship and the Orange Bowl)

Just imagine though...
1 true freshman QB
1 true freshman WR (Fred Rouse - although an attitude problem)
1 Red shirt freshman (Greg Carr - who converted on some big plays)
1 true freshman RB (Antone Smith - highly recruited, but back up next year to Booker)

These will be future difference makers on the offense, plus a full off-season to get our O-Line healthy again.

I can't wait until Labor Day!!!
