NBA fines Buddy Hield $25K for victoriously kicking ball into stands

As an attempted game-winning shot from Marcus Smart rolled off the rim and the Sacramento Kings sealed a huge 100-99 win over the red-hot Boston Celtics on Sunday, sharpshooter Buddy Hield got a little excited. A little too excited, according to the NBA. The league announced Monday that it has fined Hield $25,000 for kicking the game ball into the Golden 1 Center stands immediately after Sunday's game ended.
