Is Perry's strategy to wait until the player he wants is drafted, and then trade for him? Or does that raise the price for said player? Sometimes, a team will draft a particular guy at a second team's request, and then send him to that team. That is what happened with Olivier-Maxence Prosper, as I remember.

Yeah you wait for your trade target to be on the board before dealing. So like we might have talked with MIA about 20 and have the particulars figured out, but needs "player x" to be there.
