I just got home from the game and had my bowl of ice cream reading this forum and though I would post up and let everyone know things I noticed from the game.

#1. Garlic Fries are still as good as they were last week.
#2. On the intro's they still announce Webbers name after he has walked in and the team is in there huddle doing the kings chant.(mike is a little behind)
#3 Peja still draws the biggest reaction from the crowd on being announced at the start of the game.
#4 Peja also draws the biggest reaction from the crowd when he hit's his key three pointers!
#5 It still pisses me off when some people leave too early......(support your team till the end guys)
# 6 The girl in front of me had me drooling and they my wife slapped me!( just kidding no slapping but damn........... gotta love the Kings fans...
# 7 The croud love it when Van Horn fouled out!

Overall the game was a little mellow untill the forth, that's when the croud came alive as the Kings went ahead and got the big win....One more and my prediction of winning all five at home will be right on.... GO KINGS!!!!!

hoopsfan is a Lakers fan. I don't think she could truly appreciate anything - even the garlic fries - at Arco!!

I plan on having some Tuesday!

I had some garlic fries at Safeco this summer when I took my son to a Mariners game, and they tasted pretty good; I have no basis for comparison, though...

Food has nothing to do with what team I support...and garlic anything is my alltime favorite! ( I then usually apologize to fans next to me ;) ) Everytime I go to ARCO, I usually get them, hoping they'll be better than the time before. Regardless..I always get them. I just prefer crispier fries with more garlic than the ones at ARCO..that's all.

Ummmmmm, garlic. MORE garlic? The shirt I wore last time smelled like garlic for at least a day, and it was from the guy behind us who had the fries...

MORE garlic? Do you find people avoiding you?

Nothing to do with the venue..but, so far the best garlic fries at a game are the ones at STAPLES. When I go down there for a game, I stay at my parent's house which is about and 1 1/2 hours away. The last time I got home from a game, I went to kiss my dad goodnight and he jumped back...I cracked up. :D

The next morning when I woke up, I about knocked myself out with my own morning breath!! :eek: But, damn, if those weren't the best darn garlic fries I've ever eaten!!! Luckily, I'll get to have some more this next Sunday...should I bring some back for you VF21?? ;)

It's also a ritual of mine when I attend a game...when I buy garlic fries in the 3rd quarter...the Lakers have won every game I've atended at STAPLES. :D

Ummmmmm! Garlic fries........I shall have some next Sunday. BTW - if any Kings fans want to stop and say hi, I will be in sec 210, Row 3, Seat 7 or 8. I'll be the one with the gray hair. Hopefully, Kingsgurl will be with me. You've probably already heard that she has the purple (sort of) hair.

the best garlic fries are the ones they serve at the park formerly called pac bell park where the SF giants play. they are the BEST.

i've tried the ones at dodger staduim, and networks associates coliseium, they suck in comparision

you MUST try them if you ever go to a giants game :)
