Music draft threads gone mad???

Okay, it's probably my own fault, but I cannot understand what's happened with the music draft? Is it over? Was there some kind of rule passed that all threads in the lounge had to be about the music draft?

I sincerely apologize for the stupidity of the question, but I throw myself on the mercy of the court, pleading equipment mediocrity. Not only am I still stuck on dialup, but AT&T has apparently decided our phone lines up here were too good and they've replaced them with older, less reliable ones that - on the best of days - provide me with a blistering 28.8 Kbps of service.

So would someone please fill me in?

Well, the Finals have yet to be run - I think Brick is waiting to make them the very last poll. I don't know when they'll run, but I'd encourage you to stay tuned. Led Zeppelin is going for the win!

we ran full fledged consolation rounds with every list ending up getting the same number of matches. Given the lack of other activity in the lounge, and a lack of competing drafts, seemed no reason not to, and let everybody who spent months drafting get full credit for their lists. So 8 matches each round, x 4 rounds = 32 total threads. The last 4 go up today.
