Our version of Verlander is the most frustrating kind of meh

Bad enough that I pretty much expect an L in his starts, but not catastrophically bad like Hicks to where there is a chance he’ll get pulled from the rotation at any moment

He gives up his few runs and pitches into the 5th faithfully. He could probably be worse and still safe in the rotation on his name alone.
