Solid deal for the Wiz. They get a prospect and a first round pick, it's going to be in the 20's but none the less it's still a first rounder. They also get rid of Hinrich's remaining two year contract and give them selves cap flexibility for the next two summers to improve their roster, drastically! They need it, BAD. Poor John Wall.

Atlanta just solved their real problem starting spot. Bibby was washed up 2 years ago and was clearly their worst starter. With Hinrich they get everything Bibby was giving them and at a higher level as well as being infinitely better defender.

If it wasn't for that contract, Hinrich would have be absolutely perfect player next to Tyreke in the backcourt. Can play as a SG and PG, good shooter, passer, ball handler and a VERY VERY good defender.
