While it is uncertain as to which of these players will be available for the all star game, the talent on the floor will regardless be very good, and thus a very entertaining game is expected.

You can tell there's some real serious defense being played there with everybody dropping 40+ pts every night. :p Any chance I can get a little run some night? Betcha I could get 10. ;)

Okay, maybe 5.

No D. No doubt.

I have watched a few SPDL games and the shot clock is not needed.

Not sure, though, I've seen any summer league where D was showcased.

its teh sacramento professional development league, it was a league going on at capital christian center in sacramento, its mostly college guys but some of the kings were also playing, like bibby and bobby and kevin and then matt barnes, they were good games

^LOL yeah the latter part of your sentence is what I meant by "oh thats interesting"...LOL...in my mind I'm thinking why can't I live in the Sac area so I can see a game with some of my favorite players for five bucks..heh

Glad to hear Kevin and Matt made the all-star squad. And thanks for the latest update, 1kingzfan... I sure hope you'll be taking pictures of the Friday game.

(blatant hint time) ;)

Latest word now is that Kevin Martin will NOT be playing in the SPDL all star game tomorrow night, since he has committed to play in the Las Vegas Summer League starting next week. Not sure if that means rest or special prep work...

I could not verify Kevin's status for tonight's final SPDL game, but I'll saunter over to the gym at 7 PM to see if he is there.

And yes, VF21, I'll bring the camera, but I cannot guarantee that I'll capture anything worthy of posting here. There are severe limitations in both the camera and the cameraman at work here.

Thanks, 1kingzfan. I appreciate the thought and the effort...

If Kevin is now going to Vegas to play in the summer league there, I'm really impressed. It seems like he's very serious about wanting to better his game for next season. I like that attitude - a lot.
