Good thing it's just a TV show...
ah but it poses what SHOULD be a difficult moral delima. You can save your own child but to do it you have to kill an innocent person and betray your close friends... what do YOU do?

I think the answers will differ depending upon whether or not someone actually has a child. Luckily, few of us will ever have to face that dilemma in real life.

That's why I love this darn show so much. It's just as much a mind game as it is a mystery/suspense.

So true...I don't even really know what to say! Lots of questions were answered, but overall I feel like I know less than i did before! That's what I LOVE about this show.

Personally, I think this show is a big psychological experiment to see if they can keep people watching it after just throwing random crap at us.

I'm just reading the cast bios on imdb and two interesting things about the guy who plays the tall, fake-bearded other: the actor played the naked, streaking down the street guy in the movie 'Sideways'. His 'Lost' character has a name: Mr. Friendly. Before the beard was realized as fake, he was credited as Bearded Man. Mr. Friendly?? Another 'Lost' mystery has struck.

Yup. Looks like they're moving more from the supernatural, scary side to just the plain mysterious. But I want to see more of the scary stuff such as in the first season. Still a really great show, and they opened a lot of new doors last night. Can't wait to see what is going on on the other side of the island with the rest of the crew next week.

LOL at the previews for next week. "Dude, your underwear blew off". I missed the first five minutes of last night's show, but I don't think I missed anything special.

The first five minutes was mostly about Sun's childhood and her overbearing father. I think they made that message clear throughout the episode, so you're right...you didn't miss much.

In looking at the episode's cast credits, the gal who popped up in the forest and talked to Kate briefly (Kate was wearing her dress) is listed as 'Alex Rosseau'. So that must be Danielle's kid!! Wow. I never would of known that if I had not checked the credits, because it sure wasn't mentioned or hinted at in the episode. I guess the producers like to throw little clues everywhere.

Well, I'm as passionate a Lost fan as the next person, but I gotta say...tonight's episode was pretty subpar....cheesy even. Nice little hook at the end, but it just didn't seem to take us anywhere. Next week looks good, though!

Last night's episode, boy that heart thing with Sawyer was nerve-wracking. I sure hope that Ben wasn't lying to him at the end when he told him that they hadn't put that crazy pacemaker in him after all.

And what was with Kate being able to escape the cage so easily?? I think there is something else going on there. Perhaps the cage was designed for easy escape as some sort of test for her.
