DLS Forbes 3 pt, Evans had backed off too much.
Exchanging baskets now. Kings 85 DLS 88
JT is controlling the middle when he is not screened out but just went out to face up his guy who then drove around him. THen JT makes sideline dunk on feed from Evans.
DLS Forbes drives around JT and everyone else for easy reverse layup, foul and made it. KINGS 87 DLS 93
JT now getting tired and makes another foul down low at Kings end.
DLS hit outside jumper, 3 of last 4 times down.
Another DLS fast break by DLS. arrgghhhh

Brockmans game is off today and he seems out of position quite a bit for rebounds.
DLS 3 in transition. Game over. DLS up by 12.
Evans out, Big Battle in with McNeal. Kings now dysfunctional without Evans. Another driving layup by DLS right down the middle.
Brockman hustles for rebound and makes 4 ft jumper.
Then DLS drives baseline past the Kings spectators on the floor.
Casspi staying in to get into shape I guess as not contributing much now. Tired for sure.

Final stats showed problem
DLS shot 39/66 for 59% from floor and 25/31 for 81% from FT line
Kings outrebounded them 38/30 but made little difference with lack of defense
JT had 31/10 with 9 fouls again most of them in 4th when he tired.
Kings shot 76% FT but only 42% from floor.
Tyreke had only 3 assist in 23:42 playing time.

Man im starting to get a little depressed, we cant even get a win in summer league.

Doesn't really matter the wins and losses but rather how the team and players performed.
Last year the Knicks were 5-0 in summer league and ended up at the bottom. The Spurs were 1-4 so you get the point.
The point about todays game was how critical to the summer league team is Evans. He played only 23 min, 10 in the first half. When he is out of the game the floor manager, whoever, drops 8 stories. Plus JT played every minute and just died in the 4th. Omri elevated his game big time, and Brockman, as his interview I'll post later will show, was just into a different game than Monday and can't be expected to grab 15 reb every night. Not yet anyway.
