Little info on the Theus situation...

Well, the fact that it's being reported that Theus has been fired does lend a little credibility to the OP. The story still seems a bit far-fetched, but it's not outside the realm of possibility, especially now with the realization that Gavin didn't use the word "hate" when talking about Theus.
Regardless, I hope this is a good thing for the Kings.

Yeah, I'm not saying the OP was lying, but I could easily post a story about taking Petron shots with Petrie at a Goth club and him opening up about how he thinks Brad Miller smells like rotten milk and will be traded before his contact expires and appear like a genius in a few weeks too.
For the record, I'm not saying he was lying either. I have no idea. And I really don't care one way or another.

wow, well I never was told that Reggie was for sure going to be fired, I was only told that the maloofs dislike the coach..
It's just sad how much doubt you all had, whether you all want to believe me or not considering all the new information backing my story, frankly I doesn't matter at all. Again, for the umpteenth time. No one called him a liar, just expressed various levels of skepticism. He said he was DRUNK and claimed Gavin said he HATED Reggie. That had a lot to do with many legitimately questioning exactly what went down. Later, OP sobered up and said Gavin did not use the word hate - at least helping the claim increase "respectability."

Some folks are giving entirely too much credence to a very non-specific post about the coach being fired even though we all knew it was coming.....In fact, the mod staff had a discussion to see who could predict when RT would be fired. MontysBiggestFan nailed it (to the day/game!), and this was back in November. So color me unimpressed with a vague thread referencing his possible "future" firing....

Surrre it did... So my poll a couple wees ago asking how much longer Reggie had was genius too right? Or VFs thread where everyone voted "absolutely" are all in with the Kings brass too eh?
Give me a break.. Whether or not he had a beer with Gavin isn't a big deal.. I think he actually did.. I believe him... But the whole think about the Maloofs hating Theus? Maybe... But he did not give us any info that most of us already didn't know.

You left out an important part where you quoted me, specifically "entertained".
I'm not sure how my being entertained is up for question. I found the thread amusing, I never even said I believed the OP. For people to get wound up over this is almost as entertaining.
This allegation might carry a little more weight if it weren't for the fact that almost seventy percent of the posts in this thread (fifty-eight out of eighty-three) were made before Friday afternoon and Sunday afternoon.Work didn't seem to stop them from posting 10X as much in the other thread.
