I just saw that and starting thinking, "how can you even count all those people?" So, in answer to your question........I have no idea. I lose count at about 12, and it goes way beyond that. They had to have been packed like sardines, as the saying goes.

I counted 27 too.

I counted at least 26, but I think there were some standing behind the van at the end, and with the grainy/small video it was really hard to tell.

Edit - I went to the TV station website and according to the video, they caught 21 and counted 28.
