You're not gonna believe this, but here is one of my recently created iTunes playlists. Maybe, just maybe I was subconciously doing it in response to this thread. The playlist is called EffedUpMix:
Forever - Siouxie and the Banshees
Golden Brown - The Stranglers (new unis, anyone?)
Fools Gold - The Stone Roses (ask Brick for explanation)
Full Fathom Five - The Stone Roses
There There (The bony King of Nowhere) - Radiohead
Love will tear us apart - Joy Division (just look around this forum)
Don't Panic - Coldplay (self explanatory)
Shiver - Coldplay (as in Kinghs make me shiver sometimes)
Boys Don't Cry - The Cure (here is looking at you Pedja)
Where is my mind - Pixies (RA's new anthem)
The End is the Beginning... - Smashing Pumpkins
Californication - Red Hot Chilli Pepper (Arena?)
And finally, to close the playlist out:
Song of the Siren by This Mortal Coil (most will remember it from The Gladiator the movie). Perfect musical acompaniment for when you are feeling suicidal (which is after every Kings game).
