I was at the MSU/Pepperdine game this afternoon and Kristin showed up with her mom & dad. She was given a standing ovation at halftime with the crowd of 6500 chanting her name. It was awesome. I did get to say hi, but she was so busy with old friends & signing autographs I didn't get to talk to her. MSU has a huge booster club made up of youngsters (they take up 2 sections of bleachers in the lower bowl). Kristin spent the entire last 10 minutes of game clock signing autographs for the kids, taking pictures & distributing hugs. She was pretty much mobbed. It was really sweet of her to give them so much time & attention, but then again, that has always been Kristen's way. She looked healthy & happy & she still had some of her Sacramento tan! Just thought I would let you all have an update--I know news is kind of slow this time of year.

That's a great report. Must of been a special day. Looking forward to seeing Haynie play in her 2nd season for the Monarch's. Hope she's getting some much deserved rest. Next time you see her give her props from her SacTown fans!

I watched the MSU/Pepperdine game on Comcast Sports Net today. Though, I wish I could have been at the game in person. They showed Kristin talking to some commentators for a minute or two. She did look great. I was hoping that they would have talked to her some more, but it was better then nothing.
