I admit I hate Kobe. He is the face (and franchise) of the Lakers, after all. So, take what I say knowing there is bias involved. I really don't care.
Kobe Bryant needs to learn that he is not above the rules of the League. His attitude that he can do what he wants just irritates the h*** out of me.
The league needs to get control of Kobe, and all others who play dirty to get an edge. Suspend his butt again.

In case you guys havent noticed sixers shot 37 fts compared to the lakers 14, you have to see this with context of the game and foul disparity.
It is intentional and kobe and phil are trying to push it to the limit to see where the refs and stern would take it. He offcourse tries to cover it as a natural basketball move, most players do that anyways, when you drive to the right your left arm would swing just for stability, but kobe is raising his arms way above a natural move, kind of a hook to the face.
You can also see that he is telling the ref to call that a foul, this whole thing stern is doing has gotten out of control.

And if Ron ever pulled a trick like that with his elbow he'd be hit with a multi game suspention - first offense.

Ron getting hit with multi game suspension is because of all the previous offenses from his side and thats not called a first offense. I dont know if you watched that detroit indiana game where he was suspended for the whole season. Ben wallace fouled ron hard on one end of the floor and Ron went real hard at him at the other end and it was as intentional as it could get. just because ben was so huge he didnt get pushed around much but that was a hard foul (though in retaliation to the hard foul at the other end )
Its old school and I like that kind of play where you use your ability within the rules of game to set the boundaries and I have to admit that I like Kobe doing the elbow thing to clear defenders as well. If the refs dont call the defender for the foul then kobe and phil are pushing them to call it, infact I am guessing that they want the refs to throw kobe out of the game as well.
