... while taking a dig at Bell.

Asked after their Game 7 blowout loss to the Suns about Bell's defense on him he said something along the lines of:

"I don't think about it. Bowen and Artest make you think about what you're doing and make you work, Bell I don't think about."

I actually laughed out loud when he said it (the part about Bell) and thought, "BURN!!!"

;)

what a wennie

I still get quite a chuckle off of the video of Kobe getting worked over by Raja Bell. :D
Enjoy your summer Kobe, now GO AWAY!

yes...but he's still a bum(thats the nicest thing I think I've ever said about Mr. Bryant) :D

How can you say kobe is bum... he is one of the best, if not the very best player in the NBA

yes, true. BUT he is still a bum to us because we're kings fans. ;)
So, in other words, you have no real concrete reasons why you think Kobe is a bum. I don't think Steve Nash or Tim Duncan are bums, just because they're on other teams.

I like Raja Bell. The guy is obviously a product of the Jerry Sloan School of Brutality. Those kind of guys don't shrink from pressure, and those are the kinds of people that win gamaes in the playoffs.

...or the kind who get suspended in the playoffs. ;)

They actually do complement each other...

one has a one-of-a-kind offensive game and a great defensive game
one has a one-of-a-kind defensive game and a great offensive game

I think this was more of a snide remark towards Bell, which inadvertently became a compliment for Bowen & Artest. Hey, it's all good.

A story making the rounds is:
Kobe Bryant, as he dejectedly walked from the locker room to a post-game media conference following the Lakers' Game 7 loss to the Suns, was approached by a woman who said, "You look like someone who could use a hug.'' The woman? Raja Bell's mother.
