The Kings will win. They will play superlative basketball and Coach Rick Adelman will be flawless in his selection of plays. The players will respond with flawless execution and it will be a joyous night for one and all.
Bibby will display more defensive acumen than was thought possible.
Doug will NOT get kicked out of the game.
Pedja will go lights out from the popcorn stand and set a new record for points scored from the concourse.
Chris will have at least five offensive boards, four grand theft steals, three spirit-crushing blocks, two alley-oop dunks AND there will be rumors of a partridge being spotted in a pear tree in his back yard.
Brad will be the TRUE Warrior on the court. His leg bandaged, he will play through the lingering effects of the gash with elan and glee, smiling most when he is able to hit an outside jumper with no problem. He will get double digit rebounds.
The bench will play with heart and desire, and they will give the starters a true break. Martin will get some playing time and will show WHY Petrie picked him. Daniels will perform adequately. Barnes will have his energy level back and Evans will have a game that actually causes some people to say Jimmy who????
