[Game] Kings vs T-Wolves 1/16/12

I'd like to take this moment to admire GP's brilliant GMin'

Reke(overdribbler)/Thornton(blackhole)/Salmons(blackhole)/JJ(blackhole)/Cousins(TO machine).... Why, a starting 5 with that much OFFENSIVE FIREPOWER just has to mesh!

After looking at our offense in pictures it is even more disgusting to watch how our players refuse to move off the ball. If they ran around at complete random it would still work better than what they do.

When you can say something like:

"Thank God, Ridnour is out...Now maybe we can make a run!"

You just might be a Kings fan.

Garcia helped direct guys to spots on that last offensive set

Edit: And frustrated he was open and didn't get the ball on the next trip down

As could be seen, how? He is 2-4 and made a trip to the line. Not a bad start for him.

As could be seen in that sequence where he missed his shot and didn't get back on d. Also, no, it's not a bad start, what I worry about is middle and end of the game. It would be nice to have any positive expectations, but experience has taught us that this will not be sustainable and will turn out horribly, horribly bad.

Fredette is such a chucker.

Maybe. But with 4 seconds left on the clock I think he made the right choice rather than passing it off. He has passed it late in the clock before which lead to 24 second violation, so what he did there was better.

After venting my anger at the FO in the "Kings dont extend JT" thread... JT has come in and played like total garbage.

He's feeling betrayed and its messin his game up!

Damn this is painful to watch.

Minny - guys moving all over without the ball.

Kings - run to a spot. Stand. Guy with ball try to dribble around your defender.

Aaaaarrrggggggg

If you are going to worry about things before they happen, I hope you have your favorite adult beverage/medication in full supply.

Anticipating Salmons' suckage seems like a pretty safe bet, but than I am a Kings fan, therefore pessimism is in my nature. As for the adult beverage+medication: again, I'm a Kings fan, there is no way I'm watching any of their game without being prepared.

Jimmer embarrassed 2 straight times down the floor on defense... but on a positive note made one of his three shots ? eh?

Rubio with NBA lost art of the head fake. He did it earlier and left Salmons jock on the floor for an assist. This time he faked entire Kings D out to score on an easy layup - wowing the home crowd.

It's incredible how much better looking the T-Wolves are than the Kings. The T-Wolves will be a playoff team next year after a year under Adelman. David Kahn was the co-laughingstock of basketball with Donald Sterling, and look how much better both the Clippers and T-wolves are and will be down the road than the Kings. Is our front office and team the new laughingstocks of basketball?
