Not only that, he scored down low instead of 3, and he did a little bit of playmaking too.Bjelica has always been the one guy most folks think is expendable that I think is worth keeping around if the price is reasonable.

Not worth trading him for another 2nd rounder, I’d rather keep him he’s underrated to the team. The issue is that he’s probably the best of our moveable vet pieces and thus the one that could probably bring us back the best return.
No, I do understand that, if he actually got us a first rounder or maybe a 2 year player with large upside that was stuck behind a vet in a playoff push I wouldn't be too upset. But basically can't be a move him to move him deal. The issue is that he’s probably the best of our moveable vet pieces and thus the one that could probably bring us back the best return.

Oh man, a Hassan/Barnes/Thybulle/Haliburton/Fox lineup would wreck teams defensively. They also wouldn’t be able to score worth a damn and have next to no spacing but damnHey... I heard some nifty wing defender in Philly lost his position in the rotation... I think they call him Matisse the Thief...![]()
So, the Luka people (I know who I am) can’t talk about Luka but it’s cool for others to throw the bait? Because you know I’m responding to that nonsense. Lol
You don't have to run them all at the same time to get the effectOh man, a Hassan/Barnes/Thybulle/Haliburton/Fox lineup would wreck teams defensively. They also wouldn’t be able to score worth a damn and have next to no spacing but damn
Whatever they’re paying Rex to coach this defense, it’s not enough.Knowing how to win close games is a sign of maturity in this ball club. Especially since the offense isn't really clicking yet. It's been all defense, rebounding and grit.

I don’t remember our defense being that good his first stint with the team but that year Muss was the coach nothing was particular memorable
I thought there was plenty to complain about when it came to Bagley's game tonight but he was standing near the tunnel cheering Holmes on so I think the pouting is a non issue.
didn't that team win 73 breaking the Bulls record of 72?
Kind of hilarious a team could go undefeated but not get the wins record![]()
Fortunately that's not likely to happen because you can't get attached to roleplayers. Barnes right now though would have gotten us there 2 years ago if he played then like he is now.I know it ain’t happening but hypothetically, if we in 5-8th seed by the trade deadline, do you make a move or ride with the guys that took you there? Bjeli, holmes, buddy, Barnes even CoJo were all mentioned in trades. They all played a part in these wins.
Yeah, there are some missed calls i thought Luke should have challenged. I don't know, he doesn't seem like the type that challenge anything unless it's in the 2mins.Why wouldn’t Walton challenge that
Holmes, Barnes and Bjeli and all built for playoff basketball. Cojo too with his defense and savvy game management. If we are trying to get to the playoffs and do well in the playoffs, I don't see why you'd trade any of those guys and upset the chemistry on the first real playoff run in years. What would be the point? Shoring up your roster for the future? Makes no sense to me. None of those guys gets you a game changing talent, but losing them can definitely set you back a bit. Also, each of those guys know their role.I know it ain’t happening but hypothetically, if we in 5-8th seed by the trade deadline, do you make a move or ride with the guys that took you there? I think Philly would never sign Bjelly again.Hey... I heard some nifty wing defender in Philly lost his position in the rotation... I think they call him Matisse the Thief...![]()
Bagley pouting already happened under another coach, so... It has nothing to do with Luka. You unnecessarily brought the topic back. The misunderstanding about our reining in of "Luka talk" is incredibly persistent. "He who shall not be named", etc. The point is, and always has been, that we are not going to let this board be continually polluted with complaints that Luka is not on our team. And this season, so far, people have done a good job of that, but when it morphs into "hyper-analyze Bagley" mode, and it's clear that that's what it is, then, again, that's basically the same thing. That's breaking the spirit of the rule if not the letter, whatever the letter really is. Like a famous Supreme Court decision, "I know it when I see it". And using the four letters "L-U-K-A" to call it out is decidedly NOT violating the rule, as much as some might want it to be.
Or Bagley wasn't pouting under another coach but rather some people on an internet forum said that he was?Bagley pouting already happened under another coach, so... It has nothing to do with Luka. You unnecessarily brought the topic back.

There was more grousing about Bagley than I thought there'd be considering I thought he played better than his first showing.
He made a living tonight using DOUBLE BOUNCETM but the rest of his offensive game is U-G-L-Y. There's a reason his minutes are always in the low-mid twenties and it's not because of Fluke Walton being Fluke Walton. At the end of the day, he's still a non-shooting, non-defending tweener big.
I guess at this point a few more wins and I'll have to hope they rattle off nine straight or something. Because then otherwise tank dreams are dead and we're looking at a .400-.500 team and the musty treadmill of NBA mediocrity, which some will no doubt take pride in... again.
I don't remember exactly what happened, but I think there was Twitter conversation, where he was involved.Or Bagley wasn't pouting under another coach but rather some people on an internet forum said that he was?
