Haliburton is about as glue as a glue player can get. He inherently knows where and to who that ball should go.

He definitely knows - AND has the skills and vision to get the ball there. The one flaw I'm seeing is that he too frequently leaves his feet for the pass. That'll get him in trouble occasionally. He's tall and long enough not to have to do that as much as he does.
