It was the standard rah-rah speech. It's all about Sacramento, thank the fans, excited about a new arena for 2015...you fill in the blanks. But it certainly wasn't one of those "if we get the votes" things - everybody (Maloofs, Grant&Jerry) is talking like it's a done deal.
