That used to happen to me on DishNet. HD was way behind but SD was okay. Luckily they appear to have solved the problem this year...knock on wood.

he didnt ride them too long, but he put too many bench players in at once. dont do the wholesale 5 man bench lineup,stagger it so you always have a starter or 2 on the floor
