Matt Barnes was a cancer on our team. He was bad on the court and jerk off it. But he was a hometown guy and wore the hometown jersey and so you defended him. Yogurt defended him too and promoted him until we traded Boogie and waived him the next day. I could not wait to get rid of Barnes. You and your favorite coach were among his biggest fans. Draw your own conclusions from there. Barnes was the problem not the solution. You sided with the problem. I saw him for who he was. That's not specious. That's clarity. And to be clear Joerger is a pretty good coach. But he's not infallible. He's flawed. That is the gray area many fans feel uncomfortable in. I am not. I seek truth not comfort.

Jerry is on point tonight and fit as a fiddle. It's nice he can come out and really put all his energy into a few games a year and make those games have a really special feel. I hope he can do this for at least a few games a year for several/many years.
