Kings Trying To Trade JJ Hickson?

Sounds like Detroit is looking to make some deals that are for prospects and maybe ending contracts... maybe Jerebko or Daye or Knight might be available via trade for the price of a JJ Hickson + something??

Clealry they are int he same boat as us and are aying they are "wiling" to dump their long term contract vets but not their kids. Still don't know what they were thinking wiht that Prince contract. Or really almost any of those contracts. We could have Ben Gordon if we wanted him (no).

Yeah, their vets aren't real atttractive... Charlie V, Ben Gordon, Prince...

I'd do JJ + Cisco for Prince in a nano second. His contract may not be so good but I'm sure we are not going to spend wisely on the FA market, and Prince would be a great upgrade at SF.

Sure, but they aren't going to want Cisco's contract... The Kings have enough cap room to trade him straight up Hickson for Prince.

I don't know. Cisco's contract is up for next year, then it has a team option. Prince I believe has 3 more years left, so basically they are dumping salary here, getting a young big like Hickson too. I think this could be a good deal for both team. They could develop Daye at SF and bring Cisco from the bench for next year, and then let him walk. The Kings would get a legitimate SF that can still produce, who has size and is a good defender.

Oh, by the way, I forgot... Smart is going to be our coach next year, so Prince would not be an upgrade at SF, he would play PF or C for us...

Get rid of him... dislike him on and off the floor.. he has been nothing but garbage on te court, nothing but a wrong foot forward, yet he complains about his situation in Sacramento after initially being given the starting nod?
