Greetings fellow Kings fans!!

And so, once again, Arco gets set to welcome new players to the Kings - and say goodbye to someone we had grown fond of. This seems to happen a lot to the Kings...

It's a COLD, wet and stormy day up here in the forest. Gusting winds of between 30-40 mph and rain so hard it sounds like hail. Lots of rain. Buckets and buckets and buckets of rain. When I get both "wind warnings" and "flood warnings" in the same day I know it's going to be an interesting weather day. At least this time I didn't get a "blizzard warning" to go with it. The snow level is a good 3,000 ft. above me, which is just fine...

If you get a chance, be sure and check the new items in the "New Arena" forum. It appears an article in the NY Daily News this weekend might be the first indication the Maloofs may be starting to play hardball with the City of Sacramento. Personally, I'm fine with that. I want them to come right out and tell it like it is. IF a new arena isn't built in Sacramento, the Kings will have a new home somewhere. It's that simple... Houston and San Antonio both went through this, too. Hopefully Sacramento can learn from those two cities and provide a new venue for the area that will serve a multitude of different purposes. It's not just about the Kings.
