Greetings, fellow Kings fans!

Tuesday, against the Suns, it was said the Kings were changing their karma by wearing black shoes. Personally, I think they should have left karma alone at that point. Now, however, I think they should start considering the possibility of wearing red glittery shoes - and just keep clicking the heels as they chant, "There's no place like home" repeatedly. It's beginning to look as though the Wicked Witch is not going to let them win on the road, yellow brick or otherwise, so they really need to take care of business in Arco.

I have somewhat of a retraction to make over something I said in the last PBP. It seems I was turned around and my glee over the apparent removal of the big gold 6 was in error. The monstrosity is still there; I was just lucky enough to be on the other side of the building from it when I took my grand-daughters to the team store for their first Black Friday shopping event. Oops.

Let's hope this home stand can at least put posteriors in the seats in Arco. When the kids play, this team is FUN to watch, so if you're thinking about whether or not to actually attend a game, this might be the perfect opportunity.

It's cold up here in the forest. You always know winter has actually started to arrive when you have to keep the water on just a bit to ensure the pipes don't freeze over night.

One more thing? I know I'm tough on Francisco Garcia but it's only because he's so frustrating. There are glimpses there of someone I think could easily garner 6th man of the year awards IF (and here's the problem) he can just learn to control himself and not overcompensate or try to do it all himself. We've seen what he and Kevin can do together. I'd like to see more of Beno, Kevin and Good Cisco on the court at the same time. I've started calling the Good Cisco "Cisco" and the Bad Cisco "Poncho." If you're old enough to remember the TV show "The Cisco Kid" you'll know why. :)

Remember, everything here at Kingsfans.com is possible because of the dedication and generosity of our board owner. It sure was nice to see a good turnout of KF members at the House Party Live on Friday night. And nice to hear Jim Kozimor mentioning "Kingsfans.com" at least 8 times. This event was coordinated by our own Goodwill Ambassador, 6th.

If you'd like to help defray the costs of keeping this board up and running as the #1 Sacramento Kings Online Community, please consider becoming a Contributing Member. There's no obligation, of course, but CMs do receive larger avatars, nifty dark bolded purple user names, custom user titles and first refusal to board events like the "KF goes to HPL" and "KF goes to a Kings game" game nights.

Now, let's get ready for some Kings basketball!!

GO KINGS!!!

Okay, it's about that time. I'm looking forward to a good game and I really think the Kings might be able to sneak out with the win if they can take care of the ball and get things going early. If they can get the crowd into it right from the start, they'll have a much better chance of doing the impossible.

GO KINGS!!!

Starting lineups:

Kings - Udrih, Martin, Artest, Moore, Miller
Spurs - Parker, Finley, Bowen, Duncan, Oberto

And Grant wastes no time at all in pointing out that Mrs. Tony Parker is in the house.
