I figured Jeter would be the 1st to go. I predict Woods is next (although I like him).

We sure could use a couple of trades to get rid of guys for draft picks. That is the only way I see our getting to keep a couple of the young guys.

It's sure looking that way which is very unfortunate, we need to keep at least one of JWill2/Amundson. JWill2 from what I saw in the 1st game, Amundson as more of project until he learns to get at least some form of a shot going for him.

Jeter going is a no brainer, who goes after him will be interesting, well I hope it will be...that the youngins will stick.

It's actually better if the player gets released early so that he can try to get on with a different team, or make plans to play in Europe. It's worse to get released late in camp because it then limits your opportunities.
