I liked what he had to say about developing youth and also looking at the big picture in a year or two when we have cap room and maybe "all the pieces to the puzzle".
I also liked that Reggie said he's listening more to his players as one of the many things he's gotten better at going into his second year as an NBA head coach. Yep, I think he gets it and was never so arrogant to pretended to know it all.
