[Game] Kings @ Pacers - Wednesday, Dec. 23 - 4 PST, 7 EST

That last bit of Rondo trying to get control of the ball shows what long arms and big hands can do. That was amazing. Too bad we didn't score.

Where's Cuz been scoring tongiht guys? Just tuned in. Low post beast?

I am not great on watching defense but it seems like the Kings are in the face of their opponent more than usual. I'd 2elcome a comment by someone who knows something. :)

He's been scoring off of drives from 12ft out and Rondo's passes.
He over-powered Hill like he was a piece of chicken. He's done most of his work against him.

He's posted up maybe 8 times? He's probably passed it out 3-4 times. I think he only made 1 shot from a traditional post up move.
Have those post up plays amounted to open shots? It's good to see he's getting a healthy spread of offense it seems. I mean I was always in favor of the 3pt shot, GIVEN he only takes it 2 or so times a game

He missed outside the 3, then the 2, then tried to drive twice. All of them failed. Then he went to the post, scored, felt he was not getting fouls, then went into beast mode and is now ONLY posting up, and scoring at will. GEE!

Agreed, he started off the game awfully again from the 3pt/junk position, and ever since then its been posts, or pick and roll or cutting passes from Rondo, and he's killing them inside. WHICH IS WHAT 270LB CENTERS WERE BUILT TO DO GEORGE!

He actually played around the perimeter too, but he was moving well. He took a few shots from there, but didn't make any. He took a super ugly long 2, and missed it. He stopped taking perimeter shots after that. He does a good job getting down in the low post.

His post plays actually amounted to good looks for Kofus. Kofus just couldn't connect on them.

Are they respecting his outside shot though? If only for that it still has value?

Cuz only attempted a few real post moves. He posted up Hill on a few occasions, and used his strength and quickness to drive against him.
Not really traditional post ups and moves.

So I'm clear. For it to be scoring in the post, he needs to look like Kevin Mchale. If he takes his man down low and overpowers him, it doesn't count? When does it count?

I hope Karl lights them up for not hustling on defense and allowing the follow up to the missed dunk. Sheesh!
