Adrienne Maloof-Nassif -- one of the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- is also a key figure in a huge sports story ... the possible move of the Sacramento Kings -- and we think she just dropped a hint about the team's future.

Here's the deal ... Adrienne and her brothers own Sacramento's current NBA squad -- but there's been tons of talk that they're heading south to Anaheim.

So, we just got her outside a Hollywood coffee shop and asked what's the real deal with the move?

Check out the clip -- but words like, "We love Sacaramento, but ..." won't exactly make folks in Sac Town feel confident.

As far as I'm concerned she can eat a D. Never liked her anyway, I don't know why the Maloofs let their whole dang family in on the basketball team? Like their sister doesn't know anything about sports or business(and I dont mean this in a chauvinistic way or anything, there are plenty of women who know a lot about sports and business and are very succesful) and they are letting her in on this? All she is is a hollywood socialite, and I don't know why any of them care about here because she's not actually attractive or good at anything in the first place, so I don't even understand why she's on a show like that. She has always been into the OC area, so she must be in favor of the move. It's kind of similar to George Maloof, their other bro. He was always more in on the casino and they let him help decide their basketball stuff all of a sudden? I don't understand wtf they are doing, but I guess they can have fun watching 10000 fans show up to the teams games down there.

Um she didn't say crapola. Soon as he asked he question you could tell she didnt want to answer it. Wow there is a shock.

This is all just a bad joke right? TMZ news now? Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? On Friday we're going to find out this whole Anaheim thing was one big elaborate prank all along, right? Right?!

We all pretty much know that short of a huge relocation fee or a miraculous denial in the BOG vote, they're moving. I just wish the spineless bastards would have had the balls to file the first time rather than keeping us all on pins and needles for an extra 48 days. Good by and good riddance, MALOOFS. I hope that your team remain perennial losers and end up being rejected by an apathetic fan base. I also hope that you and your clan of spoiled heirs end up in debtors' prison.

Haha this is classic. Bagging George Maloof without realising that he is actually the one that is the biggest fan of Sacramento out of all the Maloofs. He is one Maloof that is on your side.

Because its a family business. All family members are informed/briefed of whats going on. I doubt the sister and mother get too involved with the BIG basketball decisions and casino decisions. George takes care of the Palms and I'd be surprised if he makes BIG Kings decisions, too.

In regards to the video, she didn't say anything because she's smart.

Wasn't everyone begging them to file for an extension while we waited on the Taylor/ICON proposal? Isn't that what the Clippers game hubbub was all about?

No, we were begging them to not file at all this year and to wait out the results of the Taylor/ICON study.

Yeah but we didn't know they were just going to file the extension and then blow off Taylor/ICON.

Is that what they did, though? I don't really think there's any point in continuing this as your mind is clearly made up, but my understanding is that the Maloofs offered to provide Taylor with the studies they'd done over the years about the viability of an arena, the plans they had gone over, etc., and they got that to them. Taylor then publicly stated that the Maloofs never provided them with the financial information they had promised, but there's no indication that the Maloofs ever promised any financial information. I don't consider the opinion that the Maloofs blew Taylor/ICON off to be rooted in fact.

Doesn't really matter what the Maloofs do or how/when they do it, you'll hate them either way. And I understand that, because they're potentially taking your team away. Just seems disingenuous for you to say "why did they file for an extension anyway?" when that's what people were hoping they would do, at the very least.

Unless Taylor/ICON are lying, then The Maloofs withheld promised information. We wanted them to extend so they could work with ICON, not so they could iron out the details with Anaheim. I don't see what's disingenuous about that.

The only reason I question what Taylor/ICON said is because it seemed to me like they tried to move the goalposts. The Maloofs said they'd provide X, then Taylor says "we never got Y," and now everyone is mad at the Maloofs. You don't need that to be mad at the Maloofs, so it doesn't really matter, but I'm just saying that it seems like the old okie-doke on Taylor's part.

It was taken as good news by natives when they filed for an extension rather than filing for relocation. Now they're spineless bastards who didn't have the balls to file the first time. I think that's double-talk. It's immaterial, at the end of the day, but that's why I responded.

Right but as I said, the reason it was taken as good news is that folks thought they were giving Taylor/ICON another 45 days to persuade them to stay. Not that they were giving Anaheim an extra 45 days to persuade them to go. Surely you see the difference.

Where is Taylor/ICON's study? I know it was originally going to be completed in May sometime, but surely there's got to be something they can present to the Maloofs before April 18, right? Instead of Taylor saying "hey fellas, come look what we got so far," -- you know, doing some persuading -- they're saying "those poser-*** Maloofs promised us stuff and haven't given it to us yet!"

What the hell??? If Taylor/ICON wants the Maloofs to stay (which they should, since they'll realistically need the Kings as primary tenants for any plan), they should be showing them what they're working on, showing them the foundation of their eventual proposal, in an effort to get them to stay for at least another year while the plan comes together. And maybe they will; there's still two and a half weeks before the deadline. But the whole back and forth with Taylor and KJ made me think two things: (a) they want to smear the Maloofs as much as possible (and a good smear campaign includes some truth and some slander), which I understand; and (b) they don't really believe they can put a plan together that will entice the Maloofs to stay, which is the bigger problem of the two.

Despite what many believe, I think that if the city can come up with a viable arena deal (that also takes the Arco loan into consideration), the Maloofs will stay, despite the fact that they can get a bigger TV deal in SoCal. That being the case, it would seem like the developers and politicians wouldn't be adding to the contentions between the city and the team owners, given the big deadline looming. It's like if you and your girlfriend are having problems and she's thinking about leaving you for another guy, but there's still a chance you can fix it, you don't give her an ultimatum unless you're either convinced it will never work or willing to live without her. Apparently the mayor and the city leadership is willing to live without the Maloofs, but I don't understand why Taylor would be. They are working on this plan pro bono, hoping to get the final contract. Would seem like they'd be buttering the Maloofs up.

They can't very well show The Maloofs what they can do when A The Maloofs aren't interested and B the Maloofs didn't provide needed financial info. It's like the mayor said, Sacramento is plan B for the Maloofs now. They have no interest in staying or negotiating with Sacrament unless they don't get what they want in Anaheim. That's pretty clear. To use the GF analogy, she's already sleeping with another dude and staying at his place on weekends. The only reason she's still with you is that her new guy hasn't invited her to move in with him for good yet.

That's what I'm talking about. I'm not interested in defending the Maloofs, but you're convinced that they are not interested in staying in Sacramento, regardless of the Taylor/ICON plan, and you're convinced that Taylor/ICON required financial documents from the Maloofs (for what??) to proceed with their proposal that weren't provided. I'm not convinced of either of those.

Also, the Maloofs aren't sleeping with another dude or staying at his place. The games are in Sacramento. Nothing has been filed to relocate.

Again, all of that is immaterial. Taylor/ICON was chosen to do the proposal. No proposal yet, for whatever reason. A bunch of accusations toward the Maloofs. The mayor has given up, basically saying "go to Anaheim, just clean your **** out." It all seems counter-productive to me.

Meanwhile, you're now upset at the Maloofs because they filed an extension, when you're fingers were crossed a month ago hoping they'd file an extension. I don't get it.

Here is the problem. Without actual financial data like revenue from tickets, consessions, parking, suites etc the Taylor/ICON group needs to estimate what the numbers could be and they will have to provide it for multiple data sets. What they need to project is the amount that would be needed from those sources to provide a basis for the lease. So would 5%, 7.5%, 10% of ticket sales be enough to cover lease payments. How much of the parking etc to help cover. Would the Maloofs put some upfront money or would it only be through lease paymets. They not only need current sales info, but info when the arena was sold out every night so they would need to know what level of attendance is needed to meet obligations.

Other helpful info is food sales, merchandising, parking, etc to help determine how much space is needed for that part of the arena.

So yes it takes time to run all the different scenarios and come up with the correct numbers.

The said it was delayed and should be ready at the end of May.

It's not like i came up with this out of thin air. Their actions, or lack of action has made it pretty clear that Sacramento is plan B. I don't know how many times I have to explain it, I hoped they would work with the city after filing the extension. That hasn't happened so far, though.
