I thought Jones sounded almost “too professional” in the first preseason game for what you expect from a team broadcast, but really it’s just different, not really worse. And you can feel him and Christie developing chemistry so far in this game. Christie and Grant were never going to be Jerry and Grant, but I like what Christie and Jones might become.

Well we won't be accused of having the worst homers that's for sure. That happened in Portland when Kevin Calabro replaced Mike and Mike, incidentally I missed the news that he had stepped down and Portland has a new announcer this year.
