And the increased strength and size is huge. Hopefully both he and Fox can maintain that size.

True but the thing about his team is they are still one of the only teams (besides Sac of course) that appear to be unwilling to join the rest of the league in playing small. Losing guys like Grant puts him in a tough spot cause he lost a huge piece in playing small defensively. I think he's going to have to use whatever he can to make up for it.

Plumlee also a big loss for them on that end too as a solid defensive big. I’m honestly not as high on them as everyone else seems to be

The Refs are fantastic at their jobs, and seldom ever miss calls. I respect the heck out of them, the game moves so fast and we have the benefit of replay.

Reality against the smallball teams will come crashing back in likely but this team has talent. Denver is just a perfect match for Waltons preferred playstyle.

Tuned in for the second half. This sounds like a national broadcast. Different not having Grant, but this is good. It's nice to see Bagley out there all I want is him to stay healthy.

I thought Jones sounded almost “too professional” in the first preseason game for what you expect from a team broadcast, but really it’s just different, not really worse. And you can feel him and Christie developing chemistry so far in this game. Christie and Grant were never going to be Jerry and Grant, but I like what Christie and Jones might become.

Well one positive heading into the fourth is that Luke didn't really burn up anyone minutes wise in the third. He might have laid a little heavy on Fox towards the end and probably could have used a few minutes prior to the timeout to get him a breather but much better than normal.
