I hope people leave a little leeway for our rookies who have been placed in a position normally played by skilled vets. Nothing in this game will be predictive of their career.

While that's all certainly true, it doesn't help keep me from thinking about the Christians and the lions. This game just has potential for humiliating defeat written all over it. I don't blame our rookies ... or anyone else for that matter. It is what it is. We have three guards, only one of whom should even be considered as starter material. You aren't going to win against teams like the Thunder, the Mavs ... and possibly the Pelicans with that, especially when the only experienced guard is in street clothes.
