Ok, I do semi take back what I said earlier --lying on your back on a rubber ball wiht 180lbs of weights in your arms is fairly stupid no matter how many people do it. You have no control of that situation if somehting goes wrong, and that's close to 400lbs on that ball.

Tell us a little about your background?
I am a former collegiate and professional athlete. I went to school at University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. After my playing career I became a strength and conditioning coach. I have been a strength and conditioning coach for 11 years and I worked at Boston College, UMass Boston and Rutgers University where I invented the training station.

The development of my product came out of frustration and necessity while working at Rutgers University. First, I am not a fan of weight bearing exercises on a physio ball because the ball will burst which could seriously injure somebody.
