Kings Forecast

I know, I know ............ take 'em one game at a time. From remote NY, I like to measure their progress 10 games at a time. (had them 6-4 after ten, didn't predict last nite's game as a win tho, guess me and Dewey Hopper have something in common).
The next ten according to my crystal ball:
26th at Lakers Kings Win
28th T-Wolves Kings lose - Garnett just too much for anyone on our front line
30th at Grizz - with or w/o Gasol, Kings win
1st at Jazz - Kings win
3rd Pacers - gotta be a Kings win. kind of game that Kings should win and struggle part 1.
5th Celtics - Kings win
7th Bobcats - welcome home Gerald, kind of game Kings seem to struggle with in the past (struggle part 2), a team they should kill (see Bulls earlier this season)- Kings win
10th at T-Wolves - Kings lose
11th at Indiana - despite road back to back - Kings win
14th at Bucks - Kings win. no good reason or rhyme, just a feeling.

7-3 over the ten games = 14-6 a quarter thru the season.

I think we beat KG and the Wolves at home, they are not playing their best yet.
At Memphis will be real tough.

The Lakers will be tough @ home imo, other than that I think they are pretty fair predictions. Also I think we will at least one of the Minny games. But let's just beat the Lakers first shall we?

Call me crazy but I expect the Kings to win every game at ARCO arena. I think they beat Minny on Sunday.

5-5 unless they get their rebounding issues addressed. Last night was a good start and I can see them winning all of those home games.

Unfortunately, the Kings have shown an ability to play down to their competition.

Actually, they have improved immensly over the last 2 games in rebounding. They were only outrebounded by 1 last night but more impressive was the 13-6 margin in offensive boards by the Kings. Against the Bucks, the Kings outrebounded them 51-49 and were only outrebounded on the offensive glass by 1. I have seen a lot more hussle in this area in these two games and I expect them to get better.

out of those 10, i see the kings losing at utah and at minny.

we should beat minni at home. KG my butt. i'm so sick of him. let him do his thang, just shut gollum ( cassell), "i can't feed my family" (spreewell) , pippi longstockings ( hudson) hottie pattotie ( wally, what else can i say, he is one hottie oh how bad do i sound LOL!) "can i hang out inside your jersey" ( hassell) and the rest of those woofs, shut everyone else down and the kings will win. KG can't do it alone, hell he couldn't get out of the first round until he had more stars playing with him ( cassell, spreewell) he's good but not good enough alone.

i see us losing in utah for some odd reason. i hope i'm wrong.

Lakers game will not be easy. We'll beat the Wolves at least once but I think we'll lose against the Grizz.

I have a feeling we drop the game to LA as well... this team has looked much better during the homestand, but I have a feeling our road problems are far from being cured.

LA... hmm Stapels is not easy and the Lakers would like noting better than to beat the Kings, but if the boys can stay focused and move the ball, the underconstruction Lakers should fall. Bad things happen in the Target Cether but the Kings have to want pay back so call it even. Utha at home... another bad thing. They seem to just freeze the Kings offense so I'd say Utha gets the edge. As for Minny in Arco, Fugget about it, no way the Kingsare going to give up to them at home. Indy? well they showed spirit last night but I don't see how a depleeted Indy can hold up too long. On the other hand that is just the kind of take the game for granted situation that the Kings have to look out for.
