NOTE: My comment about a frustrated KT was not meant to imply KT was frustrated with Artest. I don't even think he saw him. He was frustrated because he got himself into a position he couldn't get out of IMHO.

Artest to the Sacramento fans: I can't wait to get there. I've played there all those years. Sacramento is LOUD. It's gonna feel good to be a part of it.

Grant: What can we expect from you?

Artest: A good game. I'm ready to play. I love basketball. I want to win. We have to make every game count and make this playoff hunt serious.

Grant: What have you learned from the past?

Artest: Being me is different from a lot of other people.

...And more stuff, first about his non-basketball business.

He says he looks on this as a fresh start. He's trying IMHO to not ruffle any feathers either in Indiana or here...

Artest: I hope I can help out and raise their image level up a bit. I want to help out on defense.

Personal reflection:

Ron Artest has not practiced with the Kings. He hasn't had a chance to study play books. Nevertheless, he has gone out there and NOT got in the way. He's let things come to him on the offensive end while being a real presence on defense. I personally like that he was pointing out to KT that Bibby was open. He was totally in tune with the game at all times.

If this is the good side, it is - in fact - very good. We can afford IMHO to be cautiously optimistic as we keep our fingers crossed.
