I would say no.

We would take on $14.5 mil. in salary next year for Augustin, Henderson(scrub), Diaw(over the hill).

We could keep Beno, let Landry walk and have $7 mil. extra (compared to the trade proposal) to spend in FA next year.

And to compare apples to apples, i.e. RETAINING Landry as a Free agent, would roughly start somewhere around 7 million dollars.

Otherwise, by creating the void of Landry out, you have to say it's Beno for Augustin, Diaw and Henderson. You wouldn't trade Beno's 2 year deal for Diaw's 1 year deal and add Augustin to the roster?
