Not for long, if he keeps letting his $ shot go by. No reason he shouldn't have taken that j from the elbow.

Ray has got to play over Jimmer from now on. the guy has been given more than enough chances to prove he should play. and he hasn't
Malone does not strike me as a particularly proactive coach; he nearly always seems to wait to react to what the other team does.

Worthless stat and he's a zero actually.
Jimmer is finally looking semi confident handling the ball.
but he's an absolute liability on D.
He's getting burned way too often.
And I will continue to hate as he shoots anything but the 3 and plays ahead of Ray.
Unless I'm mistaken, we haven't gained any ground since the end of the first.

he strikes me as the type of guy that uses a SF as backup C when we actually have a serviceable full sized backup C now

And it's not worthless, it just needs to be taken in context... It simply means that when he was on the floor, the lead didn't grow any larger...

It strikes me that we have had coaches since time began that reacted to the other team instead of trying to set the tone with a move of our own.

Thing about McCallum is he SHOULD be ready, or let me rephrase - as ready as a rookie can be. He played a lot of college ball. Been around the game at a high level his whole life. Was the guy his entire career, etc. You'd think he could contribute right now if he was ever going to.
We were down eleven, even when you posted that.
And, oh, by the way... WE'RE THE KINGS! Where do we get off taking anybody lightly?

Ray hasn't played against tough opposition even in college. This is a big adjustment. I'd sure like to see more minutes though as he won't get experience on the bench. Depends on what the purpose of this year is and for all we know, he has sucked in practice. I sure don't know.
Ben's body language right now has got me a little worried. He looks all kinds of frustrated. I hope one of the coaches went over and talked to him on the bench after he came out. He looks like a guy who's trying too hard and is doing everything wrong as a result.
