Kings and energy!

Stop pouring, it’s going to overflow

Is it just me or does anyone else feel completely rejuvenated as a fan?

The Kings can go on to lose their next 30+ games, only dreaming of the playoffs and praying for a lottery win, but for right now it doesn’t matter because I can’t remember the last time I felt this warm and fuzzy ;) about this team. I am excited beyond belief by the possibilities of Bonzi and Artest. For the Kings, who to be kind "are not known for their defense", to have the best defensive 2-3 combination in the NBA makes me giddy like a school girl. I dare anyone to name a better defensive combination than them. Off the bench, the young guns of Garcia and Martin have me anticipating their substitution into the game. Mike Bibby—who silently is having himself a pretty good season—and SAR—who had be sold from game 1—have kept me sane all season. Also, I must confess that I can finally watch Kenny Thomas, Brian Skinner and Corliss Williamson play and not secretly have a scowl on my face because of what their arrival to the team meant…most of the time :p

Congrats Geoff, you have made this Kings fan a believer once again. The glass is looking quite full, indeed. :D

No Questions!

I love the Bonzi/Artest combo
We seem much more active without Brad in the game (obviously)
Good to have our leading rebounder back (Bonzi)

And the most impressive stat:

We won a game when we didnt score 100 points!!

It's not only you. This is going to be so much fun. And yes, the rebuilding is not over, so I don't really care what the immediate return is as long as we keep improving.

I love watching the Hustle. Normally id be pissed if a Kings player was 2-14 and still shooting at the end of the game. But Bonzi worked his butt off tonite and showed that you dont need a big offensive game to still be productive. I dont know how this guy gets in there to get these rebounds, but its amazing to watch. Watching him and Artest play D is really something.

Did anyone seriously think with us having SAR at C, that we would end up winning the rebounding advantage? Not that SAR did much, but the other guys all stepped it up and made up for our lack of height by showing heart. Was a great game to watch.

i thought camby might set a new career high in points, rebounds, you name it.

i'm obviously stoked he didn't come close to either :D

I think the whole team is terrified of getting on RonRon's **** list. I thik I'd be too.

We can catch Utah if they lose to Denver tomorrow and we beat them twice over the weekend.

This win feels so good. Everybody gave that much effort. I can't believe we won the rebounding advantage.

We owe a lot to Kenny and Bonzi for that!

Great game, great win. I told a friend of mine, win or lose, at least this team in fun to watch. Loved the hustle, and it's amazing what a little bit of decent defense does for my life!

Denver will be very hungry after thier last 3 losses, Utah are bad at home, and I think we go off this win.

What most impressed me was that despite shooting the ball poorly, it was still in our favor most of the way. Earlier in the season if those shots weren't falling, we'd be blown out.

Very sad, but all too true. :( But hey, I like the sunny optimism of this team in the future. We are heading in the right direction.:)

This fact is key^.

I will definitely buy the Souls of Mischief album 93 Till Infinity now. I have some Hieroglyphics and Del stuff, but not this album. With the energy that the Kings have, Ron is probably onto something.

$5 to the media outlet who uses the line "Ron Artest runs into the stands.....and fans cheer!"

:p

You were late. AP had already put up a line similiar minutes after the game.

Artest even ended up in the stands again, but got a standing ovation for this trip. Artest, who precipitated the infamous Detroit brawl in November 2004, went flying over the front row of seats in pursuit of a loose ball in the opening minute of the fourth quarter
