Greetings, fellow Kings fans!
The weather has cleared up here, the skies are a brilliant, piercing blue and the air is crisp and clean. I'm taking it as a sign of good things to come for the Kings tonight...

First, let's see what the Bee had to say about tonight's matchup:
This is a game we should win. But that doesn't necessarily mean much right now. I have a NEW pair of purple slippers, and I'm hoping they're as full of as much good luck as the original pair I received were.
I've got some storm damage to take care of (55 mph winds tend to move things around some) but I'll be here for the game...and hopefully we'll all celebrate the win!
GO KINGS!!!!!

Philadelphia (7-20) at Kings (11-14)
KINGS OUTLOOK
The home cookin' hasn't been so tasty lately, but the Kings still have time to rectify their Arco Arena struggles in time for a long road stretch. Six of their next seven games are at home, and the 76ers are beatable for some of the same reasons Denver was Friday. The Nuggets had just acquired guard Allen Iverson, who didn't start and tried to work his way in, while the Kings played well enough to take advantage. Philadelphia has played just two games with its new acquisition, point guard Andre Miller. The Kings haven't won consecutive games since late November, and the need to do so now is great.
76ERS OUTLOOK
Miller might not have started in his Philly debut, but he was plenty effective. Miller, who lives in the Sacramento area during the offseason, had 11 assists in Saturday's 98-77 win over New York. Before losing to the Warriors on Tuesday night, Philadelphia won two consecutive games for the first time since starting the season 3-0. Swingman Andre Iguodala has flourished in Iverson's absence, scoring 20-plus points in the past four games and a season-high 31 at Boston on Friday. Former King Chris Webber returned to the starting lineup Saturday after missing four games with a sprained ankle.
PROBABLE STARTERS
Kings - Bibby, Martin, Artest, Thomas, B. Miller
76ers - A. Miller, Iguodala, Carney, Webber, Dalembert
KEY MATCHUP
Ron Artest vs. Andre Iguodala: Now there is just one AI in Philadelphia, and this one is not short on talent, either. Iguodala's numbers continue to rise in his third season out of Arizona, and he entered Tuesday leading the 76ers in scoring (16.0 points per game) and averaging 5.8 rebounds.
