Kevin Martin Interview

Wow is Kevin timid or what? Love the guy, but that interview shows you why he will never be a verbal leader.. i had to turn my laptop all the way up and put the speaker to my ear to hear him.. (which is fine actually, because his game is suited for the number 2 role on a good team)

"the kings are looking to make some major moves this summer"

hmm...
I wonder if this guy heard something or just pulled that out of his ***.

He works for hoops hype, so probably the latter.

Hey Kenny Thomas is gonna actually start looking like a great piece to trade this summer ! ! !

Soft-spoken doesn't necessarily mean timid...

Remember what Teddy Roosevelt said: Speak softly but carry a big stick.

I absolutely agree that his game is suited for the #2 role on a good team. Like Peja ( who never realy got to learn to give all-out effort to give tough defense ), Martin should never be allowed to assume leadership if he continues with his mediocre effort in defense.

If we want to have a soft team ( or less than Championship type of team), then settle for the soft Martin as the leader of this team.

Eh? To who?

He's valuable to a bottom of the NBA lottery team that needs to unload unwanted contracts so they can rebuild. There's nobody who better fits that description than us.

Uh? How do you base an interview off the way he will respond on the court? In a game your adrenaline usually shoots up...Its way different than an interview man.
